What should I have ready when I call?
Your site postcode, a brief description of the work and an idea of when you need access. You do not need to know scaffold terminology. If your builder has specific requirements, have those to hand too.
What if the building work takes longer?
Discuss the expected hire period at the quote stage. If your plans change, get in touch to agree any extension and its cost before the original arrangement ends.
How is the scaffolding taken down?
We agree how removal works when we quote, including who calls to book it. Once a date is set, we keep it. On time, every time.
