Roof repairs, chimney work or a larger roofing project. Tell us where your roofer needs access and when the work is planned.

A small repair and a full roof project may need quite different arrangements. Explain the work, the roof areas involved and any requirements your roofer has already identified.
Gables, chimneys, extensions and lower roofs can affect the access discussion. Share the property layout and let Max Scaffolding work through the requirements with you and your contractor.
A few details help us understand the job.
Describe the repair or replacement and which sides of the property are involved. Include chimney work or other areas your roofer needs to reach.
Mention drives, neighbouring properties, conservatories and entrances beneath the proposed work area. Discuss any access that needs to remain available.
Talk about the start date, expected duration and what happens if the work is delayed. If the roof will be opened up, ask whether a temporary roof needs discussing separately.
Still have a question?
Talk it through with Max Scaffolding.
Yes. Tell us where the chimney is, what work is planned and any information from the contractor. The arrangement depends on the building and the work involved.
A temporary roof is a separate requirement to discuss. Explain whether the roof covering will be removed and what your contractor needs, so the scope can be considered together.
Contact Max Scaffolding to discuss the revised dates and any extra hire before the current arrangement ends. Extensions and removal dates need to be agreed for the job.
